Privacy Policy
This policy explains how ICSL LEGAL LLC (“we”), California, USA, processes personal data when you use the Lexxington app and the website lexxington.com. Contact: hello@lexxington.com.
Data we process
- Account: email address, optional name, sign-in codes, password hash and security factors (passkeys, authenticator) if you set them up.
- Learning data: answers, flashcard reviews, mock exam results, the exam you selected and your planned exam month.
- Purchases: product, transaction identifiers and access period from the App Store. We never receive your card details.
- Technical data: IP address, device type and app version, used for security (for example limiting the number of devices per account) and to fix errors.
- Support: the content of emails and in-app reports you send us.
Purposes and legal bases
We use the data to provide the app and your purchased access (performance of contract), to keep accounts secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interests) and to meet legal obligations. If you use the optional AI tutor, your question and the related study content are sent to our AI provider to generate the answer.
Service providers
We use hosting, email delivery, Apple (App Store purchases) and an AI provider for the optional tutor. They process data on our behalf and only as instructed.
Retention
We keep account and learning data while your account exists. Purchase records are kept as required by law, without your name and email address after account deletion.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the CCPA/CPRA or the GDPR), you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and object to processing. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings › Account › Delete account) or by emailing us. We do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Children
Lexxington is intended for adults preparing for professional exams and is not directed at children under 16.
